Who you are dealing with

Velurex Garments is a trading name of Velurex Garments Private Limited, a company registered in India at 8 Abanindra Nath Thakur Sarani, Shantiniketan Building, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017, India. We operate this site and sell directly from it; the name on your payment statement will be Velurex Garments Private Limited. Our trade licence number is 0527 3100 6633. Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation.
• We may decline an order — for instance if a run has sold out or a price has been listed in error — and if we do, we refund you in full immediately.
• Prices shown include GST. International duties are estimated separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, but never on an order already placed.

Payments

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Nothing is added at checkout beyond delivery and, if you choose it, the cash-on-delivery handling charge — both are shown before you pay.
• Card, UPI and net banking payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Cash on delivery is available within India on orders up to ₹20,000 and carries a ₹199 handling charge.
• If a payment is taken but the order does not appear, contact us with the reference shown on the confirmation page and we will trace or refund it.

Product descriptions

We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens vary and several of our fabrics are garment-dyed in small lots. Slight variation in shade between what you see and what arrives is normal and is not a fault.

Returns and faults

Our 15-day return policy and lifetime repair guarantee sit alongside your statutory rights under Indian consumer law — they do not replace or limit them.

Using the site

• Do not scrape, copy or republish our photography or copy without permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site or access it other than through the published interface.
• Product names, designs and the Velurex Garments name are ours.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, where the company is registered.
